       I am the resident rascal.  My age is unknown but the vet estimates between 13-15 years old,  At first I rarely allowed anyone to touch me... but only at their own risk.  I would bite unexpectedly out of fear.

       Then one day a door did not shut properly and I made a break for it!  I got only as far as the back yard as it is well fenced but I was determined to stay independent.  Luckily  Michele (our vice-president) came out every day with food and water.  She would sit patiently wooing me closer and closer.  She finally caught me and brought me back to the cottage.  I had not realized how good life was before my escape.  Everyone was patient and kind as always and before long I discovered that I liked their attention.  I am now their constant companion begging for pets at every opportunity.

 I am currently looking for a sponsor.
